YZ IVF CENTER

Embryo Production Service for Cattle Using In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) Technology
1. Oocyte Collection from Donor (Ovum Pick-Up – OPU)
The first step in creating superior genetics begins with the collection of oocytes from quality donor to prepare the oocytes for the in vitro fertilization (IVF) process in the laboratory. We have 2 service types:
- On-site: Customers bring donor to the YZ IVF Center, with the option to leave them in our care.
- Off-site: Our team provides off-site services (minimum of 3 Donor).

2. In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)
The collected oocytes undergo the fertilization process in the laboratory through the following steps:
In Vitro Maturation (IVM): Culturing the oocytes until they reach full maturity and are ready for fertilization.
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF): Fertilizing the matured oocytes with semen from selected sires to create embryos.
In Vitro Culture (IVC): Culturing the embryos until they develop to the stage suitable for transfer into recipient cows.
3. Embryos
Once the embryos reach the transferable stage, clients can choose from the following service options:
Fresh Embryo Transfer: Our center will coordinate recipient recipients management and handle the entire transfer process.
Embryo Freezing for Future Use: Embryos will be safely cryopreserved and delivered when the client is ready.

4. Embryo Transfer (ET)
We offer two types of embryo transfer services:
- Fresh Embryo Transfer: Our team prepares recipient cows and performs the transfer on the same day the embryos are produced in the lab.
- Frozen Embryo Transfer: The transfer date can be scheduled in advance. Our center will prepare recipient cows to be ready for the planned transfer date.
Recipient Cow Preparation : Preparing the recipient cow is a crucial step before every embryo transfer. To increase the chances of successful implantation, recipient cows must be synchronized and in the optimal reproductive stage to receive the embryo.
